I used last weeks sketch from Our Creative Corner to make the card. I made faux stitches around the card. I really like the Curio line by BG! I've made two cards so far but the look is totally differnt. I found some new sentiment stamps from Kaisercraft and love the way they are perfect for cards.

Spring

Hebben jullie ook zo'n behoefte aan het begin van de lente? Nou ik wel. Afgelopen donderdag was mijn moeder's verjaardag dus heb ik natuurlijk een kaart gemaakt. Ik heb de sketch van Everybody Art Challenge gebruikt. En ik heb er een lente kaart van gemaakt wat de uitdaging is van A Spoonfull Of Sugar.


Are you also longing for spring to arrive? Well I am. I've never seen so much snow in the Netherlands for such a long time. Last Thursday it was my mum's birthday so naturally I made a card. I used the Everybody Art Challenge sketch. And I decided to make it a spring card which is the challenge at A Spoonfull Of Sugar.
Can you believe this???? It started snowing as soon as I finished this post.......

Celebration

De Penny Black challenge blog viert haar eerste verjaardag! Dus wat een verassing dat het thema deze keer celebrations is. Ik heb nog een aantal verjaardagen in de komende tijd dus heb ik deze kaart gemaakt.

Struggle

Ik ben deze kaart begonnen aan de hand van de challenge van vorige week van Penny Black: 1,2,3. Maar op de een of andere manier lukte het niet. En toen was het alweer zaterdag en een nieuwe challenge van Penny Black: buttons galore. Dus heb ik de boel omgegooid en dit is het resultaat.


I started this card by last weeks Penny Black challenge: 1,2,3. But I just could not find the right composition etc, it was a real struggle. And then saturday came and there was a new Penny Black challenge: buttons galore..... Well I still used my 2 DP and changed the rest.

Mothersday

Deze keer heb ik 4 challenges gecombineerd! Morgen is het moederdag dus deze kaart is voor haar.
De challenge van Dutch Dare Card Challenge is om een moedersdag kaart te maken.
De sketch die ik gebruikt heb is van Sketch Saturday.
De kleurencombinatie is geinspireerd van de Penny Black challenge blog. De uitdaging is de kleuren zwart, wit en een andere kleur te gebruiken.
De uitdaging van Secret Crafter is om brads of eyelets te gebruiken. Die heb ik gebruikt met de bloemen.



This time I've managed to combine 4 challenges!
Tomorrow it is mothersday so this card is for my mum!
The challenge at Dutch Dare Card Challenge is to make a mothersday card.
The sketch I used is from Sketch Saturday.
The colour combo is inspired by the Penny Black challenge blog. The challenge is to use Black, White + 1 Other colour. I guess I cheated with the image.
The challenge at Secret Crafter is to use brads or eyelets. Well I used some brads in the flowers.

Hugs

Ik heb een geweldige Penny Black stempel set gekocht op het Art Specially event. Ik vind ze echt geweldig! Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met de Friday Sketchers sketch. De kleuren zijn roze en chocolade en dat is de uitdaging van Cute Card Thursday! De Penny Black uitdaging is om een kado te maken. Sinds ik ben begonnen met kaarten maken ben ik ze ook gaan sturen naar vrienden, soms zomaar zonder reden. Ik krijg dan echt de leukste reacties. Ik vind dus dat een kaart ook een kado kan zijn toch? ;)


I bought a great Penny Black stamp set at the Art Specially event. I soooo love them! I made this card using the Friday Sketchers sketch. I used the colours pink and chocolate which are the challenge at Cute Card Thursday! The Penny Black challenge is to make a gift. Well, since I started making cards I started sending cards to my friends even when there is no occasion. And I get the most wonderfull reactions about it! So I guess even a handmade card is considered a gift. ;)
By the way I used some plastic for the 'space' between the pink papers.

Penny Black

Gisteren zijn we (mijn zus Leonie en moeder Annelies) naar de Art Specially event in Zeist geweest. Ik heb natuurlijk heel veel gekocht en vandaag heb ik dan eindelijk weer een kaart gemaakt!
Mijn moeder heeft Leonie en mij een naaimachine gegeven! Dus dit is het eerste kaartje die ik gemaakt heb met behulp van een naaimachine. Dit ga ik zeker vaker doen in de toekomst.
Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt met mijn nieuwe Penny Black stempel voor de Penny Black Saturday Challenge: Easter. De sketch is van Friday Sketchers.


Yesterday we (my sister Leonie and my mum Annelies) went to the Art Specially event in Zeist. I bought lots of craft goodies so today I could finally make a card!
My mum got my sis and me a sewing machine so this is the first card I made using a sewing machine! I love it and will defenitely use it a lot more for my future projects.
This card is made using my new Penny Black stamps for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge: Easter. The sketch is from Friday Sketchers.

Ismaki # 17

Vandaag hebben Leonie en ik een 'stempel dag' gehouden. We hebben wel elk 2 kaarten gemaakt! LOL
Het is zo leuk om te zien hoe we totaal verschillende kaarten maken met dezelfde sketch. We hebben beide de Ismaki sketch gebruikt. En dit is mijn kaart.


So today Leonie and I had a 'stamp day'. We made 2 cards each! LOL It is so much fun to see that we make such total different cards with the same sketch. We both used the Ismaki sketch and this is my card.
