DT BGC: Flower Power

The theme this time at Basic Grey Challenges is:

Flower Power

So have flowers on your card or creation in some way...it can be in the pattern paper or as an embellishment! Check out the blog for the DT, they really did their best to make the most wonderful creations!

I used last weeks sketch from Our Creative Corner to make the card. I made faux stitches around the card. I really like the Curio line by BG! I've made two cards so far but the look is totally differnt. I found some new sentiment stamps from Kaisercraft and love the way they are perfect for cards.

DT BGC: Dots and Spots and DT call!

I know you must be longing for a new challenge at Basic Grey Challenges and here it is:

I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday to make this card. A couple of months ago I bought my first distress inks and I used them to make this card seem more old and to tone the colours down. Its the first time I've used this Tilda, doesn't she look cute?

Happy Newyear to everyone! I hope you all will have a marvelous 2011.

So my first card of the year. I don't think I ever been this fast. I used the Sketch Saturday sketch for it. And I also want to enter the card to the Just Magnolia challenge which is anything goes.
